Do I need to install any software?
No. You do not need to install any software on any company laptop or mobile device. All you need to run StatusToday is an internet connection and Google or Microsoft as your productivity suite. We will do the rest via API based connections to Microsoft and Google directly.
Who is considered an employee?
We count all employees detected via StatusToday who are ‘active’. Any inactive employees are not counted (e.g. those who have left the business).
How does the tiered pricing work?
Good news – the Starter package is free forever. If your company’s number of employees reaches greater than 1,000, or you want to connect more data sources, then the right plan for you is the Custom Plan. Enterprises are encouraged to reach out to request a direct quotation.
Do you offer support or consultation?
Of course. From integration walk-throughs to advice on how to best use our technology, we are always happy to help. Contact us via email or book an appointment for any questions that you may have and we will have an expert work with you directly.
Do you offer trials for large organizations?
Yes, we offer pilot project options for larger companies. StatusToday can then be fully deployed to your whole organization upon your request. Please contact us to discuss specifics.
How secure is StatusToday?
The security of your data is StatusToday’s first priority. With two official certifications, Cyber Essentials and IASME, you can be sure that our procedural and technical safeguards are sound and that your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. StatusToday utilizes data centres in your region (e.g. EU), so that your information is always under the legal protection of your jurisdiction.
